After running CCleaner it deleted files and modified the files with data. How can i reverse this back so i can open and see my data in files and restore the ones it deleted?
If you used secure file deletion then you can't recover what was deleted. If you used normal deletion then try running Recuva to find any deleted files.

and what do you mean "modified the files with data"?
You didn't give us enough information to properly assist you.
As for modifying files that can happen with web browsers for instance; deleting cookies, compact databases (Firefox, Chromium, Chrome), disable/delete extensions via 'Tools > Browser Plugins', etc.
