How to reach community admin?

Hi. I had an old login (created during Covid pandemic days) and haven’t had a need to post anything new here until recently.

Having tried the old login and getting errors logging in, I tried to reset password but that didn’t send anything to my registered email addresses. So I created a brand new login and would like to know how I reach community administrators to either merge my posts/accounts or delete the old one.

Do I just leave things alone or should I persist to the admin folks to help the community user database clean?

They changed the software that the forum runs on and everyone had to re-register, although most kept the same username.

I’m not sure what went wrong it didn’t let you do that, maybe they set a time limit and it’s no longer avaialble?
It has been a while since the forum software change happened.

However I’d just carry on with your new username and let the old one simply fade into the past.

With this kind of help forum old posts tend to become irrelevant anyway as Windows, browsers, and CCleaner itself all change pretty quickly.

If you do want to attract the attention of the forum admin then you can ‘ping’ them using the ‘@’ symbol. ie. @CCleaner_Admin has just done it.
That will give them a notification that you used and in which post, which they will see next time that they log in.
