Hello from Germany
My license is about to expire and I wanted to see it and change something if necessary. The “Manage subscription” button in Ccleaner redirects me to your website. There I have to enter my email address and the Cleverbridge reference. I received my last reference when I renewed my license in 2024, at least as far as I know. If I now enter the data in the form, I get the following error message: “Oops! We cannot find your license details at the moment.
Please contact support for further information (present this message to them so that they can help you)”. However, when I click on the link to redirect to support, I only get the following error message: “An error has occurred.
The form is not available in your language.” The language is actually German. If I then manually change the language of the page, however, the same error message appears. But then in English, Spanish or all the other languages offered. But never the contact form or a help page with explanations.
My questions now are:
Does the Cleverbridge reference expire? Do I need a new one to log in?
Why can’t I access the contact form?
Where can I find an email address to contact support? At least I can’t find it in the help center, or I’m only given the option to request my license key again.
