If you are having problems then a bit more explanation of where you are trying to download CCleaner from, exactly what you are doing to install it, what is happening, and any error messages that you get would help.

Aslo what OS you are using, are you using a VPN, are you using any AVs other than Windows Defender?

To do a standard install of CCleaner-

  1. Download a ‘Standard’ installer from here: Download CCleaner builds | CCleaner Portable, Slim, and more
  2. Once downloaded double-click on ‘CCsetup636.exe’ to run the installer and install CCleaner Free.
  3. If you have purchased a Llcence key then open CCleaner and go to Options>License key to register it and activate your newly installed CCleaner as Pro.
