I have used the email address support@ccleaner.com hundreds of times the last years. Now I suddenly receive an email from CCleaner saying that support@ccleaner.com is not supported?? How can I get in touch with CCleaner by email? They just send me to the Support Center.
Hi @Per1, there is now a new way to contact support.
(Although TBH I wasn’t aware that they had already closed the support@ccleaner email address to new enquiries).
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
You can contact support and raise a support ticket by using this Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a ticket number onscreen - and there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’:
I have been paying for the upgrade to CCleaner for several years and when they recently sacked all of their support staff and drasically downgraded the product, I tried to get in touch and found that the only way to do so was by leaving a one star review on Trust Pilot.They did respond to that quite fast but obtaing a solution to the issue took several weeks as they seemed to have too much work on and at the first oppertunity dropped the case totally, Basically, we think we’ve fixed it your now on your own. I have now stopped the auto renewal and will not be renewing as I’m going elsewhere.

I can see from our records that you contacted our support team on 20 Nov 2025, and the issue you reported was resolved in the 7.2 update, which you confirmed fixed the issue on 7 Dec 2025.
