How to get ahold of CC Cleaner about a wrongful charge to my CC

CC Cleaner’s payment processor charged my CC for a renewal a month early! I had intended to purchase a different subscription at the appropriate time. Last week I sent emails to the processor and to what I thought was an address for the company…CRICKETS!
The fact there is no contact info for this outfit makes me suspect its bona fides.
Does anyone have a way of contacting them?

Go to the faq after searching for refund, there is a question on refunds in it, there is a link on how to contact for refund once you cancel your “license” also before expiration.

You can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community
(PS. Don’t try to change the language, doing so will break the form and you will have to close/reopen your browser before you can try again).

You will get a ticket number onscreen, and an automatic acknowledgement by email that a ticket has been raised.

You can also email: support@ccleaner.com
(But may not get a ticket number or automatic reply).

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

Further you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses.
If the email you use when sending your request to support is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you will not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the computer even shows your request to a support person.

PS. Sending multiple requests will not help - in fact it will slow a response down because each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.
