How to disable Auto Extension of license?

I upgraded to "Ccleaner Professional" to give it a try. My computer now RUNS FAR WORSE than before I tried the pro tools and I never want to use them again. Under my "license key" tab it says it will auto extend my subscription. I refuse to allow this. How do I turn it off? and cancel my subscription? If I am charged, I will be reporting it as fraud to both my bank and the BBB (or equivalent if you aren't based in the US.)

I am not playing this game.
