How to d/load ccleaner professional that's already purchased?

I have purchased ccleaner professional (on CD) and have install it on several PC's.

This purchase allows me to install it on UNLIMITED PC's.

I also have a PC with no cd drive and also a microsoft surface pro3 running 8.1.

I would like to know how to download the CCLEANER PROFESSIONAL from the Piriform website without having to buy it again.

My attempts to d/load it are met with the only option is to buy it.

I am a newbie to this and need help, suggestion, solution.

Please start a new thread, this one is 5 years old.

Please explain exactly what it happening when you try to install CCleaner.
