All of you having trouble with CCleaner 7 (like not running like I have on 4 computers),
I finally found a form to send a request to the Ccleaner support team.
Don’t now if anyone reads the submitted forms, but it the only way I found to send them something.
They need to fix this for those of us paying for the program (and not beeing able to use it).
So here is the contact form URL: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general
Do you see a “Submit” button on that page? Because I’ve filled it out more than once only to see a popup line telling me they think I’m a robot. No Submit button to submit my request.
do you pass other robot tests, do you have ad or script blocking?
No problem sending it here (and I use uBlock origin in Firefox). But no answer so far…
The link to the contact form (and now to Live Chat) is posted many times on this forum, here is my latest version:
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Try pausing/turning off your adblockers.
Adblockers can mistake some buttons (and other things) as adverts and so ‘hide’ them.
I’ve seen it happen on various webpages in various places.
