Hi everyone,
does anybody have an email-address to contact the customer support. Some dickhead in the hospital hacked my smartphone and ordered an annual licence.

The Support System has changed - All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
You can contact support and raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen - and there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you first. If that is not possible you will be passed to a live agent:

I can see you have submitted a support request, but did not click the Start Live chat option.
Please contact our support team via the Contact Us page on our Help Centre using the same email address you used to make your purchase. Once you have clicked Submit, please click the Start Chat to give details to an agent so we can assist you further.
