I need to find deleted files out of an Android system (ext4). I rooted the phone, 'dd'-ed the whole user partition of the phone and transferred it to my Win7-PC. Here I have installed ext2fsd. I mounted successfully the disk image file under windows by using OSFMount as drive letter F:
However, starting recuva prof v1.53 on drive "F:" I receive the error "Invalid drive size". Windows correctly displays the size as 11GB. Anybody any idea of how to start the recuva scan process on this drive correctly ? (Btw, I read through the documented discussions on similar topics on this community already but didn#t find a clue on what to do)
