How to activate CCleaner Pro (already purchased) on new PC?

We have already paid for our CCleaner Pro yearly subscription. This is what we already PAID for:

CCleaner Premium 9mo subscription to CCleaner Pro for 5 devices (2 of those devices include our phones); includes Kamo’s VPN powered privacy protection and 24/7 live chat tech support

Our PC broke down, and we now have a new one. We have our license key, Cleverbridge Reference number and our Activation Code. How do we put CCleaner on our new computer using our license key? Thank you for your help. If you have any problems or questions, please let us know here. If we end up having problems with doing this, which should be an EASY task, we would like to have the ability to forward this message here to a supervisor. Thank you for your help with this issue.

If you have CCleaner7 then go to Settings > My subscription and enter your activation key.

If you have CCleaner v6.39 then it’s Options > Licence Key and enter your activation key.

I have purchased a new license for ccleaner because the one i have is about to expires but i dont have any way to introduce my new code and i have realised that the actual license is under a email and the new one under a different email.

Is there a way to change the license registration? My actuali license expires in january and i dont want to lose 2 months of license id the new one starts to count time since i bought it.

I also realised i have another two licenses actived in the mail i used this time. for sure i am lossing money.

It is not an unusual occurance for that to happen by mistake when different email addresses are used.

If you contact support and ask for a “Licence Merge” they will add the two remaining times together in one ‘extended’ licence so that you don’t lose out on the months that you have paid for.

As you appear to have multiple licences active then that could get interesting.
To start with I’d just tell the chatbot that you have a complicated licence merge request that requires a human to assist, it should then connect you to a person.

To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form.
