How not to delete user names and passwords

I use CCleaner all the time, but each time I use it, all my user names and passwords to the various web sites I use on a daily basis are deleted, and I have to manually input my user name and password after each use of CCleaner.

I just need to know which box to uncheck that will prevent CCleaner from deleting user names and passwords?

Thanks,

That one would be Saved Form Information :)

Mine did it after I ran it my Saved Form Information in mozilla applications is not click on (no tick) besides Could there be anything else to stop it?

First off are you saving the cookies for the sites in ccleaner>options>cookies and moving them from the delete column to the save column via the middle arrow ??

Sorry I am a newbie over things like this, all I want is to clean my machine and not keep signing in, so any ideas of what I can do

I have the same problem, since the latest update cleaner always loggs me out of forums, ebay, etc and I have to type in everything again.

I save my cookies and formular data but it happens anyways.

Can you guys post which Operating System you have, which browser or browsers you use.

I'm sorry you're not getting the information you need, but the members here are struggling to keep up with ever changing cookie problems.

We are getting people who cannot delete cookies and others who can't save them, and because we're all volunteer helpers here, we really need input from the developers on this.

With a little more information we may be able to come up with a solution.

I am asleep, have we already suggested unchecking index.dats (or was that finally fixed IDK b/c I don't use ccleaner for my inet tracks cleaning just everything else :blink: )

I use Mozilla Firefox and Windows XP SP3.

With the older version of CCleaner I had no problems at all, but since I updated to the latest version.

Here are my settings:

*PUSH*

We're still waiting for something from the devs.

Please, update to CCleaner version 2.28 and let us know if the problem still continues.

Thanks

Looks like you missed what NextTry said

Yes, I had the latest version, 2.28, then I installed the older one again, I thought this could solve my problem, but it didn?t.

Can you please let us know which version of Firefox you are using?

Thanks

I have the latest version, don?t know which number it is, but I always update it and if I search for updates it says there are no updates.
