I use CCleaner all the time, but each time I use it, all my user names and passwords to the various web sites I use on a daily basis are deleted, and I have to manually input my user name and password after each use of CCleaner.
I just need to know which box to uncheck that will prevent CCleaner from deleting user names and passwords?

you are jumping from saved form information, to cookies login.these both are different.
Can you guys post which Operating System you have, which browser or browsers you use.
I'm sorry you're not getting the information you need, but the members here are struggling to keep up with ever changing cookie problems.
We are getting people who cannot delete cookies and others who can't save them, and because we're all volunteer helpers here, we really need input from the developers on this.
With a little more information we may be able to come up with a solution.
I am asleep, have we already suggested unchecking index.dats (or was that finally fixed IDK b/c I don't use ccleaner for my inet tracks cleaning just everything else )
