How do you make the DAILY pop up ads go away with free Ccleaner 7.0?

Got Ccleaner 7.0 and get ads EVERY day.

Please could you send me a few examples of the daily ads you are seeing so I can advise you further on this.

and once you close that out, you get the next one……….

It’s hard coded into the program. They only way to get rid of them is uninstalling. Thats what I did

@Another_Sign_In_site, the first screenshot you have seen is the post update screen, so you should only see this after you have done an update. How often do you see this specific screen?
The second is a banner on the app, which is expected for free users of the application.

I think I see it each and EVERY DAY, just like I said originally. I don’t mind seeing the banner, but like…..every single day? How about once a month?

You should definitely only be seeing the first screenshot after an update.
Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Replicate the issue on your end.

  2. In CCleaner, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click Help.

  3. Select CCleaner Support Tool from the options.

  4. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool.

  5. Once installed, run the tool to generate the logs.

  6. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

  7. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

If you have any issues, please let me know.

I can’t select CCleaner Help Tools.

The help menu only takes me to your web site help center. That’s my only choice. Even then if I search for help tools, it just brings up the list as shown below.

I sent a few messages but they didn’t go through. They keep coming back as undeliverable.

@Laurence_CCleaner I believe you told me support tool was only in pro and you’re asking frre users to use it, I think that’s the confusion above
