Every time I try to run CCleaner on either startup or when the computer has been running, Windows7 stops it and asks, "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?"
How do I 'teach' Windows7 that I want this process to run an still leave my Account Control Settings at the Default?

- Control Panel
- System and Security
and click "Change User Account Control settings".
Pull the slider all the way down to the bottom so that it says "Never Notify". Of course, this is not recommended, but if you have a good antivirus/firewall program and are careful with the sites you visit, you should be fine with this setting.
