How do I manage my subscription activated through a trial?

I activated CCleaner Pro for Windows and I am unable to manage my subscription because I did not receive any clever bridge reference number or confirmation email. Now my credit card has been charged and I still have no notification emails or any way to manage my subscription. I submitted a support request both via email and via the form online and have gotten no response. I still can’t manage my subscription or create an account in any way and CCleaner is not responding to my support requests even though they have now taken my money and I’m no longer in the trial period. This is total scummy predatory practice and it seems like I’m not the only one who has this problem.

Who can I contact to resolve this issue and request a refund? The normal channels do not seem to work.

How long is it since you first contacted support, and how many requests/emails have you been sending?

You should be aware that support are taking a very long time to reply at the moment, particularly if your CCleaner isn’t showing as registered with them yet so it’s not showing that you have actually paid for support.

I’m afraid that you will just have to be patient and wait for support to reply - But I can give you a tip:

Once you have sent a request then don’t send further emails/requests until you get a reply from a support agent.
If you do then that will just slow things down even more.
While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue again as one new request.

Ridiculous and illegal.

So you’re saying that if they don’t reply and I’m patient then I’ll just be charged forever?

I have the same issue, altough i`m still at the beghining of the trial.

However, I have blocked the future payments to them, as it looks very suspicious that when credit card is rejected one receives the notification e-mail, however once it is accepted there is no trace of any confirmation or reference numbers e-mails.
Future Payments will be resumed if things will clear, but until then… future payments are blocked.

Really poor customer service. I have now been waiting 2 weeks with no acknowledgement to say they are dealing with issue about payment. Disappointed!
