C Cleaner is not working on my computer, I have very limited computer skills and hate to have to deal with this.
I am so bummed out with this app didn’t upgrade, nor ask for it. Why would you brag about your New app, when it’s worthless. I have very limited computer skills and don’t want to spend my time trying to figure this problem out. Cancel the account, or walk me through this issue. thanks

It really bums me out to have ask someone other than the I people paid to help me. why do you not have a functioning customer service??

All paying customers MUST now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you MUST engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form.
Note2 - It appears that the system is currently overloaded. Users are reporting very long waits for the Live Chat to respond.
