How do I edit ccleaners options

I want to start using ccleaner ability to clean files in the background using the /auto switch from the command line. My question is if there is a .ini file I can edit to make it choose what settings I want it to run. I have a tool that can deploy software packages to hundreds of PC's at the same time and I don't want to have to manually configure each check box on each PC. Where can I find this settings file?

Can I just edit the Default=False and Default=True values in the winsys, winapp, winreg ini files. And if so where can I get the ini files for version 2.27.1070.....and once edited what location do I need to place the ini files in to get them to work? Thanks guys.
