How do I delete programs I no longer want

I was able to do this before the new upgrade but now I dont seem to be able to find where I can do this.

Or get a 3rd party uninstaller for a more thorough removal.
There are a few good ones about with Free or Paid for versions (I’ve used Revo for years):
