How do I delete a posted text from Ccleaner for MAC Comunity?
What do you need deleted, usually we only delete spam
My two mails from Thursday 27th 2026 as well as thisnone
I can lock the threads and delete any private information (like your real name) but we don’t usually delete content llke that.
Please confirm all my posted comments have been deleted from Ccleaner Community!
As already said we do not normally remove threads or posts from the forum, the questions and replies may be useful to other users.
That is the whole point of such a help Forum, it is open help not private help.
By registering with a public forum and making a post on a public forum you are explicitly giving your permission for that post to be shown to the public.
Whilst we may remove posts or parts of posts, for security of if they breach the forum rules, that is entirely at our discretion and I see no reason why your post of the 27th or my reply to it should be removed from view.
Note that for your security I had already removed your personal information (your email address) from it before I had replied there.
(I left your full name because you also use that full name as your forum name, so removing it from the post would have served no purpose).
If you would like then I can ‘anonymise’ your user account, however be aware that means that you would no longer be able to log into the forum using that username.
