How do I cancel my order?

I have been a customer for many years and paying for Pro version but after all this problems I don’t want to be a customer anymore but cannot see where my payment for earlier are?

Check your email to see if you have ever gotten an email from Cleverbridge. That is the company that does the billing for CCleaner. If you have an email from Cleverbridge, read the email, and in that email somewhere you should be able to click on a link that says “Manage your Subscription” and click on that and then you can cancel.

Please contact our support team via the Contact Us page on our Help Centre using the same email address you used to make your purchase. Once you have clicked Submit, please click the Start Chat button to give details to an agent so we can investigate this further.

I have already filled out such a form several days ago but do NOT want to use chat but want emailcontact but never got an answer? So do not want to describe this again and again and use a lot of time doing this. I’m paying for this software.

We are currently only offering support via live chat.
If you connect with our support team, they will be able to process the cancellation of the automatic renewal on your licence quickly.
Alternatively, you can manage this yourself via CCleaner’s Subscription Managment portal.

It cannot be right that we cannot cancel our order when the product is not functioning anymore?

@tinem, I have followed up on our DM conversation in regards to the status of your subscription.

I have decided to give CCleanerPro another chance and will decide if i will pay for it after my already paid invoice in January but stopped that it got renewed automatic from PayPal until i decide.
