I love the duplicate finder feature, but most of my duplicates exist in onedrive in my photo files. If I run cleaner on that folder it ends instantly. Is there a way to make it deal with onedrive and the cloud? I literally just paid $30 for this one feature and will not be fired up if it doesn't work. Hopefully there's a way!

As you say Onedrive is cloud based, so it's on Microsoft servers.
They are not going to let any third party programme delete things from their servers - it would be a malware writers wet dream.
Onedrive also creates some local storage on your computer, but if you delete that it will just be re-synced from the cloud.
You can disable Onedrive (and Cortana) altogether, (I have) but that's a bit too technical for a thread here - try Googling it.
