Home Made!

I've always considered myself reasonably hand in the workshop, around the house, in the bush, under the bonnet.................a bit of a DIY guy...........BUT!!! Take a look at this guy's effort that I came across.

Nice one, Tas. Nice find, that is. :P

not so much "look what I built !" more like "look what I can cut off and still have this thing work"

the spanner wasn't his friend - the oxy torch was.

wonder how many ANCAP stars he'd get

Doesn't look safe at all. Although it will probably last longer than a vehicle from a car dealership and he'll know how to fix it.

It gets about 5MPG if I did my math correctly.

Could easily make a Flintstones version. Actually being serious, it's so small he could put in a bicycle pedaling system with easy gearing, and only use the engine on inclines too steep and tiring to pedal up - sort of like old school mopeds.

You never know, we might see it on Top Gear

With any luck, that person I can't stand might give it a spin on the M1. post-8751-0-23851300-1362521484_thumb.jpeg
