Home computer having issues with CCleaner v6.33.11465(64bit) - computer running very slow. to the point of almost none responsive. Un-installed CCleaner. Computer is working better.
And during the scan. I noticed that various types of ZZZZ folders start to appear in the Windows Explorer. Is this normal? See the attached screen capture on the link here.

That would do a (unecessary) Free Space wipe each and every time that you ran a Custom Clean, which would take some time (particularly with a large capacity HDD*) and slow the computer down.
It’s not something that you need to do.
There is no real need to do any kind of Drive Wiping unless your are selling or passing on the computer/drive to someone else.
Untick the ‘Wipe Free Space’ in the Custom Clean options so that it doesn’t run at all.
(That’s how it is set by default).
Those ‘zzz’ folders will be created by CCleaner during a Drive Wipe, Wipe Free Space, or Secure Delete.
They are created for the purpose of overwriting data so that files cannot be recovered by recovery software*.
Once the wipe has been completed CCleaner will remove the zzz files.
However if the wipe is interupted (eg CCleaner is force closed, or the power fails, etc) then they may get left behind.
If you still have ‘zzz’ folders left behind like that from CCleaner then if you run a Wipe Free Space in CCleaner, one pass and let it complete, it may (should) remove those ZZZ files.
Alternatively, and probably quicker, you can delete the folders manually.
*PS. There is no need to WFS, or Secure Delete, with a SSD - they do it automatically.
