Hold down ctrl key

When I go to some websites or perform functions in my company's website, I have to hold down the ctrl key in order to complete the action. Why is this? How do I set CCleaner so I don't have to hold down ctrl key?

I think you need to give us a little more info, what actions require you to hold down the ctrl key and why do you need to hold it down, ie what happens if you don't? What websites?

I highly doubt CCleaner would make you have to hold down the Ctrl key to perform actions....

It might have, but highly doubtable

I very much doubt it too but we can still try to help :)

Here's what I know . . . I didn't have to hold down control key before I added CCleaner, then I added it & now I do. I have a problem in proprietary software from my company. Is there something I can search for to tell the computer not to require me to hold down key?

Like I said more info needed, I haven't really got a clue what you're meaning at present. You said this was on websites, now your saying its in your company's software.

As has been said its highly unlikely that this has anything to do with CCleaner but you need to give us a better explanation of what you're doing, what you're using and whats happening before anyone can help you.
