Help with custom run options at shutdown (different from current settings in GUI)

I currently have my CCleaner set up such that the recycle bin is emptied when I "Run Cleaner". This is fine.

I would like to now define a custom Run that happens every time i reboot or shut down. By this I mean, I do not want to use the same settings that I normally use, such as emptying the recycle bin. I really just want CCleaner to clean all of the system and explorer options (except recycle bin) and not touch any of the options on the 'Applications' tab.

Anyways, I know it is possible to tell CCleaner to run at shut-down or startup, but basically i want to know how i can also specify unique instructions, without having to manually go change my settings every time i want to do a different type of Run.

Maybe i could use some sort of batch file that that will utilize the command line and give unique arguments/instructions? Thats not my first option, but would give it a try if it's my only option. Hopefully there is an easier method or someone here has a good idea :)

Thanks

Use the Portable version which has independent settings of its own from the folder you run it from, it won't use with your settings of the installed version.

so basically just use the portable version as a 2nd instance of the program, and as such can set up two separate behaviors.. is that the premise?

thanks

EDIT: i also have a license for my installed version.. can i use that same license on the portable version?
