I have a Mac and they are not in the trash. It said I had 2 94GB folders labeled "Pictures" so I deleted one of them and now they are both gone.
I said to delete duplicates too, and it WIPED OUT pretty much everything!!! I guess no one answers here on these forums. I am beyond livid about this. Be great for some help. I currently am running Disk Drill, although I have no idea what I am doing, to try and find my stuff. Nothing in the trash. WHAT HAPPENED CC that deleting duplicates does this????

This is a user forum, and I guess there just aren't that many MAC users here with the knowledge to help others.
You could raise a support request. the form can be found here: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general
Yes, but someone knowledgeable of these Mac issues should be here for help or they should not have it for Mac. Thank you, I actually finally found, the support request form. It was like a needle in a haystack. I don't think this is reliable for Macs if it wiped out my hard drive with a simple 'delete duplicates'.
