Help on how to renew my subscription

Hello, I need some help on how to renew my subscription. I have CCleaner Professional Edition, v6.39.11548 (64-bit). Expiry date - Friday, November 14, 2025. I do not have the original Cleverbridge reference number, that was in the email. In the license section, it says Auto Extension Enabled, don’t know what that means. Anyway I don’t know how to purchase a new license, without the Cleverbridge reference number. If hope someone can help me with this. Thanks, GDR.

It means that your licence subscription is set to renew itself automatically every 12 months, using whatever payment method/card details you had originally used.

That usually happens about a month before the existing one is due to expire.
(You don’t get a new licence or key, they take a new payment and your existing licence becomes valid for another year).

So if you want your licence to continue then with ‘Auto Extension’ Enabled you don’t need to do anything as long as that payment method can still be used.

Thanks for the help, nukecad. With your Info and hazelnut Customer Support Contact Page, I was able to change my Visa card number, (I didn’t have the old card) & pay for another year. They will send me an email before it expires, and with the Auto extension enabled, case closed.

I cannot find my email with the Cleverbridge reference number. They keep sending me my license number which will not let me sign in to update my credit card info. And there seems to be no way to email or contact them?

Regarding contacting CCleaner Support:
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
You can contact support and raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen - and there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you first. If that is not possible you will be passed to a support person.
