error :"The system recovery dosn't protect your pc.please restart your pc and try it again."

You will need to give more info.

XP or Vista?

Did you do a registry clean and make no backup when asked if you wanted to?

Have you tried system restore?

Not a good idea to mess with a computer that belongs to the boss.

it is xp home edition sp2.when it tried to register it asked me to whether save or not i replied no and did not save it.because i didd it before and i did not save them and there was no problem for them(other computers)meanwhile thank you for replying my enquiry.hope to write me back. best wishes

Hi muratdeniz,

Hazelnut is not on the forum right now.

Did you say you did a system recovery or a system restore?

If you tried a system recovery that is not good news.I would definitely wait and talk to the director.

If you tried a system restore, did you try a system restore from an earlier Restore point?

Do you happen to use ERUNT?

You could try this until she returns or wait until she replies.

She is a very knowledgeable Moderator.

Good Luck,

P.S. Second thoughts are that good directors understand that mistakes happen.Tell the director what happened, what your plan is to resolve the problem, and let the director decide what should be done.

I hope you are right about that Davey!!

If I understand you muratdeniz, you DID NOT make a backup when CCleaner asked you to.

You cannot use the computer at all now after you tried a system recovery.

You cannot boot into safe mode and choose last know good config.

You cannot use system restore.

You must be brave and tell someone where you work.

These things happen sometimes to computers. :(

thanks to everybody who care about my problem.thanks a lot.I solved the problem by upgrating system by using windows cd.now the system restore is active and the director won'T kick me:)this time I am lucky and I recovered the system with acronis and copied it.from now on i won't care about my back:)thanks you alot again.best wishes for you and your pc's hazelnut and davey.

Hey That's Great News!!!

Treat this as a Very Important learning opportunity.

CCleaner only deletes what you let it or tell it to delete.

Always backup what you are not sure of.

Always backup any Registry changes.

It's easier to delete those back ups later than try to recreate or fix something without the backups.

Best Wishes,
