Help from Ccleaner

Can any one tell me how to communicate with Ccleaner please?

I had an email that said my case had been closed, but also said “please reply to this email and your case will reopen so we can continue assisting you”, When I replied, I got an automated email saying the mailbox was not monitored!! and advises contacting support.

Their contact form only connects to a chat to a robot and when I asked to chat with a live agent I waited for over an hour with no response!!!

@Laurence_CCleaner is the email address for support still saying reply, even though that support path is dead?

Yes that email is no longer two way, i was askimg the development team that the address still says reply to it and they need to fix it

Fill out the form and press submit. This should open a second page with the option for an AI chat, yell at the bot if it doesn’t help and it should get you a human.

Yes that’s what I did and that led to hour + wait for a live agent who did NOT connect to the chat!!!
