Help Cancelling/ removing my credit card info from 30day trial

I need help. about a month ago I applied for the 30 day free trial thinking that I will just remove my credit card info by the end out it. but its been more than 30 days and I’ve been bombarded with notifications that show failed attempts to get money out of my bank account, even though everyone says no money would be taken. So I want to know if there is a way I can remove my credit card information.

Who is trying to take the payment, CCleaner, Cleverbridge, or Paypal?

You will need to contact CCleaner Support for licensing/payment issues, you can use the form here:
https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general

As you don’t have a registered account then you haven’t paid for priority support so your request will be non-priority, and it may take quite a while (even weeks) to get a reply from a support agent.

I’m afraid that you will just have to be paitient.
And yes we all know that the support response times are pretty dismal, but we are just users and the company doesn’t seem to want to do anything about it.

Once you have sent a request then don’t send further requests or emails until you do get a reply from a support agent.
If you do then that will just slow things down even more.
While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue again as one new request.

If it’s Cleverbridge that is trying to take payment then see these:
https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us

If it’s Paypal then: PayPal Contact Us | PayPal GB

I’m in the same position. Now I’ve been charged and I still can’t find a way to prevent it from happening again. Not a single reply from support since August 29th.

Every time I try I am told I am a robot and I have to refresh the screen.
