I have been using CCleaner for at least 10 years and have never had an issue this "improved update" is anything but.

I'm having the same issue keeps telling me I am not online. I shouldn't have to and I am not going to start changing my

Have installed the program on three desktops all using a cable modem. On two of the desktops when you try to run Health Check Security indicates Unable to reach server and is grayed out.
Just by chance, do you have the same key for all 3 PC's? I'm wondering if there's a bug in the program where it only works on 1 PC if you have multiple PC's on the same key. It works on the PC that was upgraded first but not the other 2. Just a thought.
I am having the same trouble with Health Check unable to reach the server. I am using a desktop computer and I tried reloading CCleaner, restart the computer.
Yes, I assumed that but it can't be a connection issue. If you can reach the registration server, that means the internet connection is working. The health check server is accessible by my one PC so that means the server is reachable. Why can't my other two PC's reach it?

No. I have a different key for the other two desktops.
I have the same problem; We're unable to establish a connection. On the speed tab it says unable to reach server. Am using Win7 Desktop. My ISP website speed test results: Ping 42ms. Jitter 4ms. Download 3.5 Mbps. Upload .8 Mbps.
My internet speed is fine. However my computer is very, very slow to launch apps, especially my chrome or IE browsers.
Ok, so I added cccleaner.exe and ccleaner64.exe to my Antivirus and Firewall (I use Vipre) and it still gives me the same issue. Same issue on my laptop which just has the Windows 10 antivirus/firewall.
