Never had this work with free version. Proceeds to 93% and never ends. Ran for at least 2 hours.
Probably stuck trying to connect to a software or driver update site?
To test for that you could eitherbor both:
Use Custom Clean instead of Healthcheck.
Or go offline before running Healthcheck and see if it completes then.
After months of fighting with an unsolicited popup for CCleaner Health Check every day, I have uninstalled the product out of pure frustration. They ruined a good product.
