can someone help plz, the error says "KMODE_EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" after i downloaded the ccleaner for the first time. it try's to restart but the message comes on saying this
1. Is it a Blue Screen message you are getting and you cannot get past it?
2. What operating system do you have?
3. Did this happened after you downloaded Ccleaner or after you run Ccleaner?
4. If you ran Ccleaner, did you run the registry cleaner?
