I got a reply to my issue (have license that expires next March but I guess never activated to be able to use the Professional version). I’m not computer illiterate but not enough information to follow thru and no one accessible to answer questions on the same day that I have them. I tried to Activate my license (as someone instructed via email) and keep getting message “unable to activate”. So, have I wasted my money all of this time?
