Friday the 13th in January, What do you guys think?
That superstitions are stupid.
I think any month that begins on a sunday will have a friday the 13'th!
I was travelling on that day. Hurling down the highway amidst throngs of other automobiles, some with loud pipes and bizzare paint schemes, some driven very fast by children with their baseball caps on backwards. Some drivers texting their BFFs, oblivious to the traffic around them. Mostly all driving over the speed limit. All very normal here.
Didn't even realize it was Fri. 13th. But looking back, no accidents were observed, no mishaps of any kind befell our small group of travellers. So either the superstition is a myth, or it does not apply if you don't know what day it is.

Well... on Saturday (which was still Friday the 13th in America) I cut my leg open and needed a bunch of stitches. Perhaps that counts..?

Imho, most superstitions (that one for sure) have little connection with reality, although some do.
13 is my lucky number. I'm a player!
