Have CCleaner for Mac free version on MacBook. Upgraded today to CCleaner Pro for Mac and received purchase confirmation and license key. Install indicates “successful” but will not open. A desktop icon installed but it opens the Free Version and does not accept the license key for the Pro upgrade.
@Laurence_CCleaner as we have no Mac users as forum regulars, maybe you could provide aid.

Fill out the form and press submit. This should open a second page with the option for an AI chat, yell at the bot if it doesn’t help and it should get you a human.

I can see from our records that the licence you have purchased was for our Windows product, which is why it is not working on the Mac version of CCleaner.
