Having looked closer at the recovery program I have used for sometime, it also scans the entire hard drive. However, in addition to some filters it maintains the explorer file structiure making it very easy to find file that you wish to recover. Wonder if this might be possible for Recuva MRG
Should also have said. That Recuva finds more files and resores them better to. So, a thumbs up MrG
Strangely when I looked in options after insalation it was empty, Tried tree view, but now it doesn't offer any information such as file size or if it is recoverable. So I tried 15 .jpg images it found and none recovered.
Think I will reserve any further judgement until the finished software is on offer. My main interest is in recovering digital photographs: and at this time I haven't found any to beat Sandisk free program.
I am sure that given time this will be a useful program.
