A Premium licence is valid for up to 5 devices, any mix of Windows, Mac, and Android.
(Note that CCleaner for iOS is not included, currently you have to purchase that seperately in the Apple Store).

You need to download and install the appropriate version for the device, and then Activate it using the licence key.

So for CCleaner Android you would install it from the Play Store,

PS. I believe that may be out of date and that Google have changed things slightly so that after pressing the ‘Upgrade’ button and the 3-dots menu the option to select is now “I have already purchased a licence” or similar wording.
