Hello everyone,
I have been using CCleaner on my mobile phone for quite some time. A while ago, I received an offer to upgrade to a higher version, which I accepted because it allowed me to use CCleaner on multiple devices.
I have now also installed CCleaner on my PC. My subscription is billed through Google Play. However, on my PC, CCleaner is showing a message that my subscription will expire in a few days and that I need to renew it.
I cannot enable automatic renewal directly in the CCleaner PC software because it does not seem to recognize my Google Play subscription. Google Play will automatically renew the subscription in a few days, but until then I keep getting a popup saying that my version is about to expire and asking me to add payment details.
When I click the link in the popup, the page cannot be found.
Is there any way to suppress or disable this notification until the Google Play renewal has been processed?
Alternatively, I could subscribe directly through CCleaner, but I am concerned that my current Google Play subscription would not be taken into account or credited.
Has anyone experienced this issue, or can someone from CCleaner support advise me on the best way to proceed?
Thank you in advance.
