I recently enabled Gmail's 2-step verification. https://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=180744
Here I have an option to remember my computer for 30 days.
Although I ran CCleaner with Intelligent Cookie scan, I still got logged out and had to go through the verification process again.
I think for this to work some additional cookies need to be whitelisted.
Please see screenshot.

I have removed your proxy link to a secure server.
Suggest you link to somewhere like this for info on what you are talking about

Try unticking flash under ccleaner application tab it may help to keep you logged in..
Let us know.
(EDIT.... I see you have replaced the proxy link)
Sorry about the proxy links. I am from India and for some reason your forum doesn't allow me. II get a forbidden page. Hence I used the proxy to get access. I am connected now through our company VPN.
Please see the uploaded image. There are some more cookies which need to be enabled for 2 step verification to work.
kind regards,
Alienglow

Thanks hazelnut. This is exactly what I am trying to say. Cookies from accounts.google.com should be preserved for 2 step authentication to work. I have already added them to my safe list. The reason I created this post was so Ccleaner may add it to their default safe list so that 2 step verification works for all users while using Ccleaner. Your call actually, just thought of bringing this to your notice.
Thanks and regards,
