Friends, how can I get a refund? I automatically deducted the fee and renewed it for a year without my knowledge. I am a Chinese user and there are many English interfaces that I don’t quite understand. Did I accidentally check for automatic renewal somewhere 
This is a user forum. We do not have access to accounts/billing here.
All subscriptions will auto-renew each year unless you cancel the automatic renewal.
You will need to contact support fo do that.

Sorry but you have to use that form as it is - You can type in whatever language you prefer, but you have to use the English form.
Warning - If you try to change the language at the top of the page then it breaks and you have to close and reopen your browser to be able to get it back.
You should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or even more for a registered customer to get a reply.
