Fresh Install on Windows XP

I am going back to windows back after long time a go.

I do have question how to keep and run this program, so i can keep this PC running is clean as possible.

My question is:

Cleaner tab--> Advanced

there is 9 option to chose from, witch one should I chose?

or should I chose all of them?

any help will be great.

Don't tick any of the advanced section unless you understand exactly what you're doing. Have a look here for what each one does:
