Does anyone know of a reasonably good free software to convert jpg. files to .doc files? Something that would perhaps functionally resemble the Abby Fine Reader?

Why would you want to convert a picture into a Word doc? You could just open your picture with your picture editor if you have Office installed and copy and paste it into Word. Or you could even use Paint.
