Fragmentation % Increasing?

Just a question, after I defragment with Defraggler, my fragmentation % increases for some reason. I don't know why; I got it down to 5% and then defragmented it a week later (out of habit). And then when it finished it went to 19% and has been increasing ever since.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Check if the Windows default defraggler show less than 19%, if so take a look at this topic:
