When this user forum was DOWN the "parent" site http://www.piriform.com was UP.
I was VERY disappointed that there was absolutely zero information on the functional site from which we might have been downloading virus ridden software.
Might I suggest that when an organization has been hacked you need your best men on the job to contain the problem,
but surely there has to be a spare post-boy / tea-girl available to post a status report on all the organisations sites that can still be accessed.
Contingency planning is best done in advance - it is not too late to plan for the next hack
