Forgot email used for licence

Hello,
I am a big fan of Ccleaner so I installed free version on a lot of computers from my workplace who belong to various individuals. Sometime i purchased the full version, but i dont remember which email I used. I searched all my email accounts and couldn’t find it. Please instruct how to send yoythe statement, I cant upload the picture here for some reason.
All I have is the bank statement that charged this year the price for full license.
Please help me and maybe you can research what email what used for that transaction ID.

If you haven’t already then you will need to raise a ticket with support.
Support is an email service, it is not ‘live chat’ so don’t expect instant replies.
Plus it’s going to be very slow in this case, see below.

If you use the form at this link: CCleaner Support Community you will be given a ticket number - make a note of it.
You will then get an automated email reply with some general information (which will probably not interest you).
Your support ticket is now in the queue to get to a person.

However as you don’t know what email you registered then you will probably not be using that email when you raise a ticket, which gives you a bit of a problem.
Because the ticket will be raised from an email address that is not registered at CCleaner then you will not be seen as a customer who has paid for support.
As a non-paying customer the queueing system will put you to the very back of the queue, and any requests from a registered email will jump you in the queue.
It could take a very long time for your ticket to trickle up to a person, I’m talking about a month or even two.
