Anyone else annoyed by this?

Day after day after day, on multiple machines, ad infinitum. Can’t believe I’m the only reply is 6 months.

I thought if I finally installed it, then uninstalled it would stop. No. If I didn’t have a year left on my sub, I’d get rid of it altogether.

What I enjoy even less, is the lack of response from CCleaner…

To help us investigate the issue and understand what may be happening, please generate CCleaner log files by following the steps below:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Once installed, run the tool to generate the logs.
  3. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.
  4. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.
