Fluctuating DRAM Frequency

I'm trying to figure out why the DRAM frequency is fluctuating from 200mhz to 400mhz almost in cycles...

I've read most of the posts where it says it shouldn't move that much off it's "rated" speed...

I've been having some issues with the PC lately, freezing up in a game I play and dumping to the desktop or freezing completely. With a change in freq this drastic and constant, is this normal to see a swing like this?

That's normal for me, prolly just the system doing its thing.

I've watched my PC3 10600 (1333 MHz) modules fluctuating from ~215 to ~715 while system is idling.

Watch your Task Mgr\ processes. :) Lotsa things are happening.

I believe it just means your DRAM is functioning
