CCleaner v2.3.5.1219 supports 'session' cleaning in Firefox. I suspect this could be a very useful feature but I can't find any documentation on it.
Could someone please explain what 'Session' cleaning is and how best to use it?
Thank you.

Just a little bump.
There must be someone who knows what 'Session' cleaning in Firefox is and exactly what is does. Musn't there?
Thanks in advance.
It apparently, closes all your tabs. Your previous browsing "session" is cleaned. That is, if you were browsing say, Youtube.com and run CCleaner with that option 'checked' after closing the browser, you will lose your previous records and start with your Homepage.
That's as far as I have understood.
Ishan is correct, it effectively clears your previous browsing session, so if you closed firefox with "save and exit" well.. thats gone!
edit: or if you crashed, ran ccleaner and started up again, you wouldn't be prompted to restore your previous session.
